Today, I wanted to resurrect or at least recover Excel files from my Gateway antique laptop,so I searched for repair shops, because Best Buy couldn't help me, so I obtained the address of 2803 Troy Rd, where I met Kenny H, who is definitely a computer guru. He recovered all the files I wanted and determined that the operating system. was the problem, hard drive and computeris good and he can reformat and reload the operating system.. Enjoyed the visit and the conversation. I highly recommend him.

Anytime I need a new computer or in need of computer repair, Kenny is my first choice. I always feel he should have a coffee shop with his computer repairs because he is very interesting to talk to and comical and you tend to want to hang around and have a good conversation or debate with. I will give Springfield PC Repair 5 stars. I have worked for a leading computer store and people would have to wait at times 10 days to get their computer repaired. I was shocked that Kenny was able to do it on the spot!! Talking about a Wow Factor!!! WOW!!!!!!! His Prices are very reasonably priced too!I had to get a power supply changed out on my desktop PC.

My wife's spilled soda (and other suff) on her Alienware laptop. Keyboard was sticking, and one of the fans was making a horrible noise. Now of course this happened once it was out of warranty. So Kenny was able to get me a lead on the parts, cleaned the inside, and once the parts arrived, got it all together. This guy is a gem in a field where everyone takes advantage. (BTW, Dell & Alienware warranty service requires two weeks & diagnosis time just to start the process.) Kenny was done in a fraction of that time.
