I'll need some stuff

I will need access to our nation's greatest geologist when summoned. I will need access to our nation's greatest engineer when summoned. At various times I will need access to a great chemist, electrical engineer, and others.

When various phases of the project are commenced, I will need masons and steel engineers.

My plan is to erect a building that contains no plastics, no rubber, no aluminum, or any other building product that is potentially unstable (if the environment should change causing the plastics and rubbers to become destabilized).

Outside of the building are to be erected the largest batteries on the planet, comprised primarily of masonry. With the aid of a chemist, engineers, and other specialists, the batteries must be self-sustaining and deeply placed beneath the earth at a determined distance from the building itself.

All wiring will not consist of any coverings of any sort. Preliminary plans are to embed the raw-wire electrical within the masonry walls and all masonry is to be erected in such a fashion as to sustain earthquakes or other natural or unnatural disasters. Within the cavity of the masonry that holds the wire shall be a protective solution of semi-firm substance that will allow for emergency localized access for servicing or inspecting of wire. The semi-firm substance should also be of the fashion that allows for a lossless transfer and non-absorbent of the electrical fields contained within and more importantly, at the surface of the wire. Since electricity is known to predominate and transfer along the unhindered surface area of a wire, the semi-firm substance should permit lossless transfer completely from the source to the destination.

Communications should consist of quantum technology and through laser-technology, allow for seamless transfer of audio/video and other data transfers within the building.

The buildings are not to be located in close proximity to anything nuclear, whether power plants or weapons or otherwise. The location should not be of close proximity of grid electricity or gas.

Between each level of underground edifice shall be of thickly solid steel flooring with concrete or other masonry-surfaced. The floors and walls shall be pargeted with refractory mortars to withstand high heat (as in firebrick and refractory mortar) and shall be waterproofed from the inside and out.

There is intended to be several types of battery banks including 12v, 24v, 48v, 120v and shall be fashioned not in the manner of any battery built to date in the public sector.

There shall be air purifiers that are of natural materials and not man-made or available within the consumer market, but created with the aid of specialists in such a manner as to be fool-proof and comprised of filtering through water and other natural filters contained within the underground portion of the building(s). We know pure oxygen is a product of the positive pole of the batteries, utilize it as an assist or backup for fresh air production.

There shall be low-energy food preservation and gardens using L.E.D. lighting. The building(s) will have a natural pre-assumed "ground" temperature assuring no great disparities between seasons. Hydrogen is a product of the negative pole of the batteries, utilize it as an assist or backup for cooking or heating.

In short, the entirety of the areas must be secure from all known (and if it were possible) all unknown variables and disasters.

The key-factor is that all lighting, fixtures, appliances, electronics, and other items shall contain no plastics, rubbers, man-made compounds.
