Manta racketeering sucks

PLEASE NOTE! This is a Rough Draft commenced on 11/11/21

I'm all too familiar with the tactics of those entities that enjoy the privilege of virtual exemption of the laws of our Nation.

This time it's Manta. When things get too hot they will invariably just change their name and continue "business" as usual, just like we've seen all-too many times with the privileged business class throughout the years (e.g. Time Warner, a.k.a. Spectrum, a.k.a. Road Runner, a.k.a. Charter Communications, ad naueseaum).

The following Draft is the basis for my assessment that Manta is purposefully and knowingly (because I keep letting them know) causing unprovoked harm to another. Their multiple conflicting listings gives their company more Internet exposure resulting in harm to those that are listed by manta (the harm being search engine rankings are manipulated with all the manta conflicting listings of the same entity they are showcasing).

Racketeering (from the online dictionary):

Racketeering is a criminal activity in which a person or organization engages in a “racket.” A racket is when the criminal creates a problem for others for the purpose of solving that problem by some type of extortion. The person or organization who engages in the racket is called a racketeer.

If I propagate multiple listings with conflicting or misinformation about a business, would I not be dragged through their courts and labeled as criminal?

How is it that Manta has not been dragged down brick-by-brick for the crime of defamation, or worse?

The Manta Lure Racket

Hostages of a bad racket

The manipulation Racket has me at a loss, having to beg and write and document and beg some more for them to cease and desist (the business class knows of their far-reaching impunity that ultimately will yeild no recompense to those they harm).

In contrast, using any browser, try searching with keywords "Manta scam". That's a lot of people saying the same things about Manta, isn't it?

Truth be told, I was not expecting so many people to be saying the same things on so many sites (try going to google and typing in Manta scam and see for yourself....hundreds upon hundreds of 1 star reviews await thee).

In fact, it's my opinion that If the court system were not equally able to edit their bad google reviews so blatantly, they might be the only entities to one-up Manta in absurdity and posing a dis-service to the community.

manta bad racket

Manta appears to be conducting a hit-and-run tactic. Manta publishes data that is incorrect information forcing the victim to contact Manta to repair the misinformation.

And although Manta suckered me into signing up for their over-capitalizing "service" racket stating I could sign in to correct the erroneous information myself. It was a lie.

How can we not feel sorry for the younger generations that will be made the future cash-cows and unwitting victims?
