But in all reality, it's more likely that the shipping agent is at fault (for abiding by the "law").
Our packages are being opened, inspected, and badly damaged (again).
One time years ago, the u.s.p.s. agency was inpspecting my packages. After a slew of orders were arrived damaged and obviously "inspected", I filed a complaint to the U.S.P.S. Their reply was by placing a sticker on the future packages that stated, "INSPECTED" and contained a date and signature of the inspector.
The generous affirmation was short-lived though. A few months later it was back to business as usual (no more stickers).
One out of Four Trees is broken.
Two out of Four trees were missing transfer pots
For this particluar purchase, I ordered 4 trees from fastgrowingtrees.com, only two arrived.
We've purchased other trees in the past and you hear my mention the condition in which those trees also were received in.
If I hadn't noticed the missing trees, I would not have received the full order.
Are these good actions or bad?
