A government agent arrived at my door this day stating she's there to perform an investigation of a report of ... (she would not even tell me, non-specifics were all I was able to glean while speaking with her on the front porch of our home).
It is now two days later and I still have yet to know the real reason she's arrived. Her job title includes the word, "sanitarian"; yet during our front porch invasion-visit she told me that not all sod is legal.
No kidding. That's what she said. For the record there are no sod monsters here. I have never received sod. Sod, as I know it, is squares or rolls of turf. Nope, I double-checked and there certainly has never been a sod monster on this property...I swear on it.
Not even God would be able to locate a man or woman on this round planet that has EVER brought me sod (even though it's one of the allowable items on my webpage).
But her business card reads, "Clark County Combined Health District", and under her name are the words, "Registered Sanitarian, Certified Healthy Homes Specialist".
Upon pressing her for information, such as a copy of the complaint against me or the reason she's invaded our privacy and peace on an over one-acre plot of land located in Springfield Ohio, instead I am schooled about the word, "sod". The webpage that she was referring to, which includes the word "sod" is:
She did not tell me how sod could possibly become dangerously illegal, but after shooing her away I did some investigation and deduction of my own and began to find out if her words were true, that she does not need our permission to trespass upon our property.
So, also for the record, some of the donated items here were used to make some great stuff.
