Although there were some close-comers that haven't already been mentioned on this page (such as Arkadium and Zynga), World Poker Tour is the leader in my opinion.
Arkadia is nice because I will not be booted from the game simply because I want to sit out (to go to the bathroom or whatever). The realism isn't there with arkadia though. Also, it too has some software bugs to work out. Some buttons don't work or the entire game freezes, etc.
But arkadia is not professing to contain people playing people. It's simply a game to play the computer and doesn't appear to have as many ads as in playwsop (or even wpt for that matter).
