The Stifling Censorship and Plummet of a Nation via Monopolyism and Chain-of-Command Plundering 2

The following is just a teaser or a testament of the TRUE cost of having a Freedom of Speech.
There's the usual ancillary attacks (that are sometimes simultaneously waged as the following examples show).
One day the health department is threatening me for a pumpkin or something, then it's being threatened criminal proceedings and $100/day monetary forfeiture if I do not remove a LEGAL sign. The sign had only 9 (non-criminal-worthy) letters. But somehow an evolved civil grown adult need only the word: "COMPUTERS" to go into fight-mode (not me, them). The word, Computers, was somehow a magnet to cause some of our more-evolved to spread a fanciful perversion of the epithet good will. Like kids with a badge of un-bridled power, having no forethought of whether or not they might be making bad decisions, are also without recourse (yet armed with enough deadly toys to manipulate virtually anything at will, even that which is contained on the Internet). Surprise. Bait and switch tactics legal for some.
The aforementioned is only a drop in the bucket, a testament to endurance and/or patience.
But staying with one solitary topic, communications is the chosen topic for this page so...
Regardless of whether I obtain Communications via our only two choices allowed in our community, AT&T or Spectrum, a simple traceroute / ping / whois shows the dubious origins of manipulation and piss-poor service connection. If a refund of all the hours that the Internet connection was found to be compromised or down, the bill for the "service" would be half what I am manipulated to pay.
Two legal terms appear to be the only way to describe the "service", Profiteering and Racketeering.
Not all of the visits from the Department of Defense and CIA are obfuscated within my logs (i.e. they're in my server's log entries that show the activity).
One reason I can say that the attacks are from a higher class within our Nation is due to the simultaneous attacks that include sudden broad suspensions of all social sites I was a member of. I'm fluent in the I.T. technology field and have a 5-star rating from the local community where I helped the citizens with their computer problems (hardware and software). I'm not claiming to be the brightest cookie in the jar, but I'm a tad more proficient than the predominant community (that have their own field's of expertise outside of electronics). The point is, whereas some might have a twitter or facebook account, I strived to have them all, even those that most people might not know exists (such as membership on a few foreign social sites).
Who can affect every.mp4aster unless there is an intermediary department and/or intermediary devices placed intermittently? That was my initial naive internal question. That was before I concluded that the Internet Provider Line is my weakest link and found suspect (with evidence to back it up).
The pervasive social-site suspensions of all my accounts (such as google suspending me 6 times and each time telling me they can't tell me why it's happening, but that I'm "free" to resubmit and apply for a new account).
The loss of intellectual data and time is pseudo-seized to become equated to being robbed of LIFE.
No single person or group should be subjected in this manner of manipulation and hindering of normal functions that others (my customers no less, that are alarmed at my crappy connection when they are coming to me for their repairs.
Some of the repairs require that I have a reliable connection to the serving Domains (wondering if my place is bugged due to the uncanny events and their specific timing at one time was the impetus behind removing microphones and webcams from my pc's).
I'm in the Computer and Internet Technology field, so although I don't profess to know everything, I know that my words are true pertaining to the size of the operation. Even legal attacks against me and my family.
The majority will be clueless to the troubles that some of us endure, such as every known social website suspending or dropping us by other tactics (causing us to be squelched beyon all recognition).
If you are the semi-proud owner of a server hosting your own website, you know what the average citizen is up against that might also have no choice but to go the self-hosted route. If the citizen happens to have an opinion that is not of mainstream programming, you know the repercussions are worse (this is understandable though, in my opinion anyway).

If the video showed something that alluded to a real Coup De tat of your own country, wouldn't that be important to know about? How can any of us know to defend our Nation when the capitalists own the loudspeaker and siren, too?

The reality is that the video was not political.
It's not an easy road when the political and corpo interests become so intertwined, that distinguishing one from the other is a mental task (just ask me and I'll tell you).
But for you.mp4asters out there, have you ever had a day like this?
Below is a depiction of my dabbling in a home-based business. But notice what's above my listing. That person is a Florida-based dweller that has never owned this home and has never resided in the State of Ohio. Yet one day google became manipulated and decided to pervert fact and intertwine reality with blatant misinformation. Both I and Kim Doukas have documented evidence to show the multiple times that Google has received our requests to cease and desist.
But the listing still remains half a decade later!
Being suspended from anywhere or for anything without warning or provocation might shock you. Now imagine having to endure years of being subjected to the covert subversive persecution and manipulation, brought to you by the "good guys".
With the great capitalists that come out of America attract those that would seek us all to be under central control. The predators soon, "by law", arrive to embed themselves within the company as ravenous wolves, feeding off both the capitalists that made something truly great, and the citizenry. I'm not speaking French here, YOU have witnessed this happening all throughout your life; such companies as Napster (destroyed and replaced), Lavabit (destroyed and replaced), and doesn't anyone remember the homes that were broken up and the lives that were murdered off the planet during prohibition (removed and replaced by liquor stores), and remember the homes and lives that were terminated or affected adversely when they painted the picture of gambling being so bad for us? Then they opened OTB and the common lotteries for your gambling, and remember the marijuana thing? How many countless lives were terminated or altered adversely during the law-makers heyday? Even that was demonized, destroyed, and now sold by yours-truly, resulting in both the wolves and capitalists ultimately feeding upon US!
The problem is when this carnivorous beast is killing its food source to extinction.

I'm not the type to spout something without evidence to back it up, so jump in and enjoy yourself here by learning what the corporate-version of the "news" programming failed to mention this year (or the last).
This type of thuggery keeps a non-monopoly person constantly working to solve the results of the myriad of attacks. This type of covert censorship and manipulation ensures that an average-Joe with a website will not compete with monopoly privilege and visibility on the Internet.
It has been said that the "Business of government is business". I say that was very biased programming derived from dubious sources at best.

You might be alarmed at how many times Google has been brought to court (and Yahoo and Amazon and ....).
This is nothing unusual in the U.S., Business Communities here are laden with more laws than anywhere else in the solar system..
Hence, more tricks and traps than you can shake a stick at.
In fact, only in America is a business community wiped off the map in one day (think 3 towers, aka dubbed "twin" towers, aka...oh forget about it).
The point is, the marketplace here in America is volatile right now. Extreme damaging "restructuring" in the wrong direction which has never occurred anywhere else in the world could, and has, actually happened here
(i.e. 9-11 as a for instance).
Suffice to say, North American companies possess more precarious situations with the polity than companies located in
(pick any other country)
My generation has witnessed companies besieged on both sides in the past couple of decades. Programming told us of a woman that spilled hot coffee on herself and held the restaurant liable. She was able to make bank against a restaurant using the courts. The poor and the power-"elite" which have taken chunks out of America's once-great vibrant and diverse marketplace now are witnessing that only the rich are in a position to create businesses that survive one or two years.
Although the poor might be having little class in their efforts to find a way to fall down inside a business so the issue can be remanded to a court that will suck some of the lifeblood from one or both parties, ultimately though, it's an isolated incident.
Whereas the middle-men profiteers drain all companies daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, and sometimes it just depends on their mood of the day

A'la shazam! ... and another company takes a dive for not being able to produce the amount of capital to stay afloat in its efforts to conform with the new codes mandate, or the new extra licensing or the new tax or... (the list could go on for two days).
In our tiny town of German Township Ohio, there is a gas station that is laying in ruins at the bottom of a hill located in a prime location of the intersection near the decaying mall.
Rumor has it that the company, BP (British Petroleum), was approached and told that they must remove their fuel tanks which are located under the gas station. The new whim was to force the company into converting to the new flavor of whatever game was chosen at the time (a necessary "upgrade", or an additonal EPA "precaution", or ...
The location is so prime for this area that ANYONE could operate a business there and survive. I've had the privilege to experience what location can avail and will state that it appears to be a true epithet that "Location is Everything". It's a numbers game, the amount of traffic that passes by that eye-sore gas station would be considered revenue (it actually makes little difference what kind of business was to go there), if it were not for the bureaucrats that limit which type of business can operate there and the renter must agree to volumes of numerous words which have been formulated and tethered together to form a dead-end future that only an attorney could decipher.
So now the property lays in ruins with not so much as the courtesy to leave us with grass, a garden, or a tree in its wake.

This is to say that the poor and the rich are not equally to blame for the fall of so many businesses. The poor hadn't any input into the slew of laws and mandates and money-schemes created by the present myopic form of power structure.
Ordained by the chosen few and enforced by any joe that will enlist (except me), suppresses into oblivion are any viewpoints that might offer a better road (especially if the idea happens to include incarcerating the bureaucrats, seizing their properties to pay off the national debt, nationalizing all businesses pending the restructuring with an initial military rule to enforce and supervise since we can pretty much assess the military to be decent non-capitalists, otherwise they wouldn't be in the military, etc.).
The thing about stringent economic and social control is that although the outcome may be painted as a structured pleasant conformity, it offers only a slimmer chance of invention. The playing field becomes diminished to the fancy of the lucky few that happen to be ordained by the neo-politico-econo-controllers.
Ideas can be bad and good but rarely do they come about perfectly without some additional consideration and edits. Striking (or censoring) even the bad ideas is like blotting out one eye.
As it is now, Liability is an itch that the middle-men have seemingly exempted themselves from. That exemption would be squashed under a dignified military rule pending the draining of the swamp of bureaucratic webs and leeches.
So we cannot blame the poor for chasing businesses out of our country to overseas locations. Like the CEO's, the poor have ideas too; but unlike the CEO's, the poor are generally basically powerless and generally without a voice.
No, we can't blame the poor for causing such a rise in joblessness due to the Business Sector having to choose rather to relocate overseas or to out-source rather than in-house produce.
There is only one group that has the power to legally do good or bad in business and it's by-and-large not the poor.
Locating the true cause of our Nation's recent failures, is not as difficult a task once we rule out the great majority of Americans that just happen to be too poor to effect any positive change in our Nation.
Included among that great wave of poor are the millions our Nation presently incarcerates; aside from the fact that "we" are the leader in the world at locking up one's own citizenry (no other nation comes remotely close), we can rest assured that the lower class "criminals" did not cause this mess
Can we get a refund when the controllers utterly make fools of our Nation's Equity as a Model Nation?
It's almost as if they are not liable...actually, it's true, the plutocrats really did "make a law" that makes them exempt to a great deal of the laws of our Nation (try to sue a judge, for instance).
Some of us may have been watching Senator Trey Gowdy on YouTube and cheering as he bashed one agency after the other, but it was just a show that might have just as easily been replaced with SpongeBob
The only persons that could have been affected by the Gowdy show is if a common man were to have stumbled into the wrong room and ended up in there.
So if there's virtually no liability to these middle-men controllers, then what?

If it were not for PROGRAMMING our children via those corporate-funded schools (with curriculum that is mandated by the few over the many), would roll out inventors and creators.
Instead we have dumbed them down to become employees to an upper-class idea or venture only.
Through programming, Americans have been instilled to spout at one time or another "Get a Job!" We learned that through one or another forms of programming. In other words, a baby dropping from the womb never opted to choose to smoke a poisonous cigarette, it was fed to the kid via programming and reinforced by the social surroundings at the time.
Only one group is the cause, and ought to be liable when they fail (MORESO than the rest of us when we err). The errors of the poor do not affect an entire nation's well-being and worth, for instance.
The poor can't even wake up at a certain time correctly let alone pose a major threat to companies on a national scale
But pertaining to the many hushed suits and citations that have occurred against google, in some cases Google actually lost
(yet went on to disregard the court order in answer to an even "higher power", the owners of the courts.
The following are notes and need much revision. Now would be a great time to stop reading this page.
Google has censored the bejesus out of me in the past (now I like to think that I censor google by simply moving over to yandex for some semblance of a voice without a slew of outrageous restrictions and complications and accusations of copyright infringement or words that "may be taken in the wrong way", or found to be "offensive". Wtf!? Now Yandex partnered with google!
I'm 55 years of age and have earned a right to have a voice in the Nation I was born and raised in. Regardless of whether it be one or many that should disagree with me, censorship should not be a good cause to be silenced (you wouldn't want me to be silence if I were the only retard that yelled "DUCK!" when a tree was falling to lop your head off, would you?
Yet somehow, when a former agent informs the citizenry of a treasonous evil invasion of privacy, programming has us staring at the messenger as the bad guy
(i.e. Edward Snowden, as an example)
Rather than simply tell you of all the outrageous ridiculous assaults upon me (and so many others) by Google, in which monopoly amply utilizes its power and might to stifle any abject or non-conformist comment or claim, I prefer to play "show and remember".
But trust me on this one, expose the monopoly for fault and all feces hit the fan, monopoly simple throws everything at their targets, everything from banning to making you disappear from search engine results (not just Google's either!).
If you were to visit my website, you would be surprise to find nothing worthy of warranting a complete ban against my site.
But because One solitary page out of the thousands that I've authored include Google as topic-matter, I'm on my 8th (EIGHT) suspension....from google.
As of this interjected date of August 5, 2019 I see again the poke in my eye from big google brother.

However the google fiascos are intermingled with the ip monopoly fiascos and between them both, they seem to be sure to keep my website in the dirt by all sorts of measures.

Not to sound redundant but, if Google is NOT being manipulated to attack me (and others), then how have my search engine exposure increased AFTER BLOCKING GOOGLE OUT OF MY WEBSITE?
Now look what the stats are one month after having blocked google from my server!
Why would I now be getting hits from the other search engines by simply blocking google?
So google is blocking my domain because they say my website contains videos (whereas anybody that knows how to use httrack or other website cloner, knows that I have zero videos being hosted from my site).
Are there LINKS contained within my website that point to videos hosted on youtube and elsewhere on my site? Absolutely, but that is not what google blocked me for, google says I'm hosting a site and it doesn't matter if it's true or a lie.
I'm not an isolated incident of the google monster that rules with impunity.
Ladar But from what I've seen on the Internet of others affected adversely, such as Ladar Levison, the bulk of the victims are appearing as either politically opinionated, or in any way of corpo-progress.
This is actually happening in America now.

So what did google/youtube monopoly do? They resurrected a long-deleted account. An account I wouldn't know the password to and any attempt to retrieve it are of no avail. What makes the resurrection of an account that was deleted so long ago, apparently do not get deleted on the corporate -side. The somewhat difficult process of deleting your google/youtube account requires more effort than you might suspect (it's more than just choosing to click the button that says "delete account"). But ultimately you have lost more time following the multi-page instructions to delete fully a google/youtube account. Evidently, it's a time-wasting illusion.
Yet many years later, the videos I had posted were primarily associated with the interviews of the military personnel (those that leaned to the left of our present leadership, and were divulging information concerning wrongs of our military actions overseas and here).
I remember where I was, and I remember why I followed the google/youtube guidelines to the "T" to delete the account.
Trust corporations? Their only patriotism is to obtain profit, or more money, property and power than the rest of us.
